Typhoon Dolphin, the 13th typhoon of the year, has made landfall in east China's Zhejiang Province, with a second landfall after the storm first came ashore at around 5:30 p.m. on the coast of Yuhuan, Taizhou, where maximum winds near its center reached force 14, or 42 meters per second. China's National Meteorological Center says the storm is scheduled to continue moving inland and gradually weaken. Strong winds and heavy rain are expected to persist across parts of eastern China, with Zhejiang and nearby regions facing continued risks from downpours and coastal gales.#CGTNOnSite
