F-16 fighter jets have been scrambled to intercept aircraft flying near Donald Trump’s golf course while the president was staying there. Following the breach, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) confirmed that it had escorted two aircraft out of the area. Trump travelled to the golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Friday to spend the weekend. Officials described the intercepted planes as civilian general aviation aircraft.
