Adaptability is often mistaken for simply reacting to change. However, I believe that it is less about changing our circumstances, and more about shifting our perspectives. By challenging the invisible boxes we build around ourselves, we allow room for growth, curiosity, and new possibilities. In this speech, I aim to explore why the 'barriers' that hold us back are often the ones we have unknowingly created, and how recognizing them can open doors to new possibilities. Through my personal experiences and reflection, I delve deeply into how expectations, assumptions, and comfort zones shape the way we respond to challenges. Rather than offering a quick fix for overcoming change, I hope to encourage the audience to question the limits they have accepted, embrace discomfort as a chance to learn, and recognize that growth often begins with a simple shift in perspective.
