Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu visited Bengaluru-based Sarla Aviation and highlighted its progress in developing an indigenous electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) air taxi. According to Naidu, the prototype has undergone testing and Sarla Aviation has received Design Organisation Approval from the DGCA.
