The mother of PC Andrew Harper has told ITV News that she's "more angry than ever," after Downing Street said it was "not possible" to block the early release of her son's killers. There was outcry last week, when it emerged that the two men convicted of manslaughter over PC Harper's death, could be set free under the early release scheme.
