What if real efficiency only emerges when we stop trying to be "professionally correct" by the book? Drawing on his own career, Mr. Dương Đỗ explores how instinct awaken most naturally not by chasing standardized metrics of success, but by reconnecting with genuine emotional value. He challenges the modern cycle of performance and productivity with a simple but disruptive question: "Can a single still frame hold more power than constant motion?" Founder of Toong (2015), Vietnam's pioneering co-working chain (~20 locations), where as creative director Mr. Duong Do redefined the office market with innovative models and distinctive design. Holding a Master's in Finance, he's spent over a decade proving an "outsider's" instinct can create outsized impact - shaping real estate, media/branding (Vietjet Air, Ecopark, PVcomBank), and art, including Songlab, Vietnam's first digital art space, and events like Reinvent Saigon Week.
