Former US Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette says Iran's ability to control traffic through the Strait of Hormuz gives Tehran powerful leverage, arguing that control of the waterway is "in fact, a nuclear weapon." Brouillette says ships are not moving through the Strait at normal levels despite President Donald Trump's assertion that it is open, and warns prolonged disruption could establish a higher floor for oil prices because of the added risk premium. He speaks with Kailey Leinz and Joe Mathieu on the late edition of Bloomberg's "Balance of Power." -------- More on Bloomberg Television and Markets Like this video?
