A US federal court has dismissed criminal charges against Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani and Vneet Jaain, ending a nearly two-year case. The charges were dismissed with prejudice, meaning they cannot be refiled. The judge also raised concerns about the US government’s handling of the case. Separately, Gautam and Sagar Adani agreed to pay $18 million to resolve the SEC’s civil case. Adani Enterprises also agreed to a separate $275 million settlement with OFAC over potential Iran sanctions violations. #gautamadani #adanigroup #adanisharenews Important Playlists National News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YXb9Oh62yur4MRCdRLL6gCt Business News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YVXM88oXiuA1JMLZtODGP1y World News: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YW0Swy6-R3i50F5FbtDRiEe BS Decoded: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLK5e1a2965YWYuC7DEL8Lxl-rhiElowEE Want access to Business Standard’s premium insights?
