This talk examines neurodivergence, and the impact of language, labels, and societal expectations on those who think and experience the world differently. Blending lived experience with psychology and social insight, the talk challenges traditional ideas of “normal” and argues that autism and ADHD should be understood as natural forms of human variation rather than deficits or disorders.
