Emergency crews worked through the night in Yueqing, eastern China, clearing roads and restoring power after Typhoon Dolphin brought torrential rain and flooding to Zhejiang province. Dolphin made two landfalls on Sunday, first at Yuhuan and later in Yueqing, before weakening to a tropical storm. Authorities warned that flooding and landslides remained a threat, while more than 900,000 people were relocated in Wenzhou and over 1,500 emergency shelters opened.
