Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay is leading the state’s latest push against drug abuse in Chennai with the launch of the Anti-Narcotics Task Force and the ‘Anti-Drug Pledge 2026’. The initiative builds on the government’s decision to establish 65 dedicated anti-narcotics units across Tamil Nadu, including 37 district-level units and 28 units under city police commissionerates. The task forces are intended to strengthen surveillance, investigation and enforcement against drug trafficking and abuse, particularly among young people. #CMVijay #TamilNadu #AntiDrugPledge2026 #AntiNarcoticsTaskForce #DrugFreeTamilNadu #Chennai #Vijay #TamilNaduNews #DrugAwareness #BreakingNews Thank you for watching our video!
