Emergency workers are racing against the clock in search of survivors after a devastating earthquake killed at least 350 people and damaged more than 1,600 buildings in western Colombia. While more than 2,700 people remain unaccounted for, Red Cross rescuer Jose Fernando Usma is hoping small pockets of space may allow trapped residents to survive.
