In one of arguably the most abhorrent reports of care failure in the UK, an investigation found a catalogue of ‘abysmal failures’ concerning an elderly woman over a three-month period in 2024. This included a home carer mistakenly feeding her dog food just three weeks before her death. Determined to get justice for her mum, Justine Morrison is joining us to tell us about her family’s ordeal and why, sadly, she doesn’t believe it’s an isolated incident.
