Amid apparent security concerns, President Donald Trump secretly left Turkey on July 8 aboard a different aircraft than Cabinet secretaries, White House staff, military personnel, Secret Service agents and the traveling press — who remained on the primary presidential plane without knowing they may have been serving as decoys.
