The mother of Libby Squire has said the entire justice system needs to be overhauled. Libby was raped and murdered by Pawel Relowicz in 2019. In the months before the murder, Relowicz had committed a series of sex crimes. It echoes the case of Simon Levy who was given a whole life sentence on August 12th for murdering two women and raping another.
