Ukraine has intensified its attacks on Russian oil refineries, striking targets increasingly deep inside the country and forcing some facilities to cut production or shut down. Dozens of refineries have been hit, disrupting Russia's ability to produce petrol and diesel. But Moscow continues to export vast quantities of crude oil, much of it carried by its so-called shadow fleet.
