Shiromani Akali Dal president and former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal was injured in a knife attack inside a gurdwara in Maharashtra's Nanded district. The incident occurred at Gurdwara Mata Sahib Devan Ji Mugat when an attacker allegedly dressed in Nihang attire struck him with a kirpan, causing an injury to his hand.
