Settlers lay siege to homes in West Bank, clash with IDF

According to local officials and family members, Israeli settlers have trapped at least two Palestinian families inside their homes in Qusra in the occupied West Bank, cutting them off from water and electricity. Israel says it has deployed the military to the village to bring the situation under control. Israeli settlements in the West Bank are illegal under international law, but settlers have been building more outposts.
