US congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has shared that she will freeze her eggs and document her journey on social media, saying "it's important as leaders to have these conversations, and share these processes, especially for working women and normalise them". The 36-year-old New York Democrat has not ruled out running for president in 2028 and says she's freezing her eggs to be in "more control" of her life.
