Two seriously injured after train derails in East Sussex - watch Thursday's News at Ten

A passenger train has derailed near Lewes Station in East Sussex with two people seriously injured and 18 with less serious injuries. The Southern train was travelling from London Victoria to Eastbourne when it came off the tracks just north of Lewes station tunnel, with reports of dozens of passengers being left trapped. In a statement a SECAmb spokesperson confirmed approximately 150 people were on board the train at the time of the incident.
