A man and a woman who drugged men unconscious in order to steal for them have been jailed for a total of 34 years for the manslaughter of two men. Adina Mihai, 31 assisted by help from Madalin Dumitru, 30, posed as a sex worker, and arranged to meet men seeking sexual services at their homes, before spiking their drinks with gamma-butyrolactone (GBL) between August 2024 and July 2025. Two men - Malcolm King, aged 80 and from Bagendon near Cirencester, and and 37-year-old Gary Mouat died as a result. Two others, who can't be named for legal reasons, survived.
