Reports suggest that the US Navy is sending the USS George Washington to West Asia to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln, which has been deployed for more than 250 days. The Lincoln has also gone 200 days without a port call, raising concerns among lawmakers about crew welfare, basic supplies, plumbing, mail disruptions, exhaustion and mental health.
