Arjun spent an entire cricket match sitting outside the boundary. He never batted. Never bowled. Never stepped onto the field. And yet, something was happening that neither of them recognised at first. What begins with one overlooked afternoon gradually opens into a larger question about how we learn, what we notice, and where participation really begins. A Sports Educator, Primary Years Sports Coordinator, and Cricket Coach at Shiv Nadar School, Faridabad, Rohit has led youth sports programs for five years. A member of VidyaGyan Sitapur's inaugural Class of 2017, he holds degrees in Management Studies and Physical Education, along with ICC Foundation Coaching and Motor Skill Development certifications. Choosing sports over a corporate career, he nurtures leadership, character, and athletic excellence through sport.
