For whom do we eat? Speaker Kang Yanli explores the deeper meaning of "food intelligence" from the perspective of the interaction between food and life. She points out the disconnection between modern diet and the land, and uses earthworms to reveal the essence that "life circulates through food." This is not merely a personal health issue, but an ecological choice. She calls upon us: use chopsticks as ballots to support living, ecological, organic agriculture, and eat for the future of ourselves and the Earth. With 16 years of deep experience in the organic condiment industry, she participated in creating China's first full-kitchen organic condiment series. Ms. Kang has always upheld the philosophy of being a "dietary ecology activist," systematically driving practices in organic product R&D, sustainable agriculture partnerships, eco-friendly packaging, and healthy food education. She co-initiated industry initiatives such as "China Organic Day." She works closely with organic farmers
