In an era of excessive recording, are we missing true feeling? Through her practices in design, curation, and running a tea bar, Cao Yue hopes people will put down their phones and rediscover perception. The spaces and exhibitions she creates are not backdrops for social media check-ins, but experiences that awaken the senses—letting the eyes see first, letting feelings lead the way. Only by returning to perception does life truly begin. Her experiences across China and Australia have nurtured a cross-cultural perspective. As a landscape architect, her work ranges from national-level urban planning to street renovation and public terraces. As a curator at 333Lab, she presented a phenomenal exhibition at Tianmuli, using flames to explore the interweaving of carbon-based and silicon-based civilizations. As the founder of AlmosTea, she is dedicated to fusing Chinese tea culture with Western mixology art, pioneering a new lifestyle. Behind her diverse practices, the core remains consistent
