Volunteer aids rescue efforts after Colombia quake

Colombian volunteer Julio Cesar Pineda, also nicknamed “Rescue,” spoke to Reuters about his role as a rescue worker as he helps clear debris and find survivors following the 7.4-magnitude quake in Colombia on August 10. Pineda also served as a volunteer during the 1999 earthquake in the nearby city of Armenia.
