Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned on Thursday that the next United Nations Secretary-General must heed Moscow's demands or risk seeing the organisation fade into obscurity, describing the UN as being in a prolonged crisis driven by what he called the absolute dominance of Western nationals in its leadership, a lack of impartiality and a policy of double standards.
