When you start Beast of Reincarnation, you’ll have just three Stimpacks for healing yourself in combat. You can have eight by the end of the game, but you’ll need to discover the Dragon Vein Shrines to get them. The first one you find gives you an extra heal, then you’ll get another at 10, 20, 30, and all 40 shrines in the game.
