The Supreme Court on Friday quashed criminal proceedings against comedian Samay Raina and four others over remarks about people with disabilities. The court also appreciated their efforts to promote awareness and dignity of persons with disabilities. The proceedings were also quashed against Vipul Goyal, Balraj Paramjeet Singh Ghai, Sonali Thakkar and Nishant Jagdish Tanwar. #SamayRaina #SupremeCourt #DisabilityRights
