Love Island finalist Simba Kudyiwa joins Kate and Ranvir on the sofa to discuss being a full-time carer for his mother, who lives with motor neurone disease (MND). The neurological condition means that she uses an eye-gaze device to communicate. Simba credits her illness with giving him resilience and wants to encourage viewers to use his story as motivation that MND doesn’t have to define you or your family.
