After spending years studying law, Chew Hoi Meng and Ivor Lim struggled to find jobs in the field. While figuring out their next steps, they began experimenting with personal care products they wanted but could not find on store shelves. With just RM1,500 (S$471), they started developing their own deodorant and lip balm formulas. For the first three years, they put everything they made back into the business instead of paying themselves. Today, what began as an experiment has grown into a business with a 10,000-square-foot facility and 25 employees.
