An Israeli airstrike, which Lebanon's state-run National News Agency said targeted a home on the edge of the village of Ansar in southern Lebanon, killed seven people and wounded three early Saturday, making it one of the deadliest attacks since a precarious truce between Israel and Hezbollah went into effect on June 20.
