Carole Hopson had a successful professional career, including a decade as a vice president at Foot Locker. But it wasn't until the age of 58 that she landed her dream role as a captain for a commercial airline. Now, she's working on a goal of sending 100 African American women to flight school by 2035, and she's helping to educate a group of young women learning to build drones and showing them a path to the future. TODAY's Laura Jarrett shares her remarkable story.
