Across China's Tengger Desert, the country's fourth-largest desert, a major clean energy project is taking shape, with dozens of machines working in tandem to build Gansu's largest single-site photovoltaic facility. Once completed, it is expected to generate enough electricity annually to meet the needs of nearly one million people. Gansu Province's renewable energy capacity has surpassed 80 million kilowatts, capable of generating several times the province's electricity consumption. Gansu is leveraging its abundant clean energy resources to become a key hub for transmitting green electricity eastward through a world-class high-voltage grid. 📺 Subscribe to our YouTube channel and stay updated with our latest analysis and interviews:👇 https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgrNz-aDmcr2uuto8_DL2jg 👈 Download our APP on Apple Store (iOS): https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/cctvnews-app/id922456579?l=zh&ls=1&mt=8 Download our APP on Google Play (Android): https://play.google.com/store/apps/
