“It’s super high stress, super, super high stress,” said senior producer A.D. Chan. Pulling off a surprise reunion between Health Minister Ong Ye Kung and his former Basic Military Training (BMT) buddy, Eric Sim, meant weeks of planning around Minister Ong’s tight schedule. Executive producer Sara Grosse and A.D. also had to keep two production teams in sync, one following Minister Ong through his day and another filming Eric at the Central Manpower Base. The crew couldn’t risk saying Minister Ong’s name within Eric’s earshot, so “MO” became their code word. The surprise worked, and Eric admitted he was “totally caught off guard”. Go behind the scenes of the surprise, and catch their reunion in the full episode of On The Red Dot. #CNAInsider #OnTheRedDot #Singapore #MinisterOng #HealthMinister #BMT #NationalService For more, SUBSCRIBE to CNA INSIDER! https://cna.asia/insideryoutubesub Follow CNA INSIDER on: Telegram: https://t.me/CNAInsiderSG Instagram: https://www.ins
