Former police officer and foster carer Stephen Gray was convicted of posting material on Facebook deemed “grossly offensive” under Section 127(1)(a) of the Communications Act 2003. The case began after a complaint from a neighbour, while the CPS initially declined to prosecute before the decision was challenged through the Victims’ Right to Review scheme. Gray was subsequently charged and ordered to pay more than £1,000 in fines and costs. #freespeech #freedomofspeech #uklaw #ukpolitics #gbnews Keep up to date with GB News at gbnews.com or on X @GBNEWS Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/friend
