Brandon and Melody react to AHALYA, the acclaimed Bengali short film that reimagines the legendary story of Ahalya from Indian mythology through a dark, mysterious, and psychological lens. What begins as a seemingly simple investigation quickly turns into something far more unsettling, as strange discoveries, eerie conversations, and unexpected twists blur the line between myth and reality. With its atmospheric storytelling, clever symbolism, and haunting final reveal, Ahalya delivers a gripping experience in just a short runtime. Directed by Sujoy Ghosh (Kahaani & Badla), the short film stars Radhika Apte (Andhadhun & Sacred Games), legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee (Apur Sansar & Charulata), and Tota Roy Chowdhury (Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani & Chokher Bali). With powerful performances and a fascinating modern interpretation of Indian mythology, Ahalya remains one of the most memorable Indian short films. #Ahalya #RadhikaApte #SoumitraChatterjee #TotaRoyChowdhury #SujoyGhosh
