At least 31 people have been killed and hundreds of tourists are missing after a huge flash flood swept through villages in Nepal. Dramatic footage shows a torrent of water hitting at the Nepal-China border. The toll is likely to rise. Tibet has also been impacted, with Chinese state media warning of “major casualties.” A mudslide hit China’s Gyirong port, where Chinese leader Xi Jinping urged “all-out” search efforts. The quick response of China’s leadership is another sign of the severity of the disaster. Nepal’s foreign minister said an earthquake triggered a large landslide, which in turn blocked a river, sending a torrent of water downstream. Helicopters have been winching stranded people from rooftops. Watch 24/7 live news with CNN Headlines: https://bit.ly/4eIvlTr #Flood #Nepal #News
