At least 160 people have been killed and hundreds are missing following flash floods in Nepal and Tibet. Officials said 403 people are missing, including 341 foreign nationals from countries including the UK, the US, India and Malaysia, after a flash flood hit the Rasuwa region of Nepal on Wednesday. The Nepal Tourism Board said 33 UK citizens, including a 13-year-old girl, and two Irish nationals are among those unaccounted for. Among them are three men aged 65, 64, and 52, and seven women between 44 and 65, according to travel logs obtained by the Press Association. Tour operator Alpine Eco Trek, which offers guided tours and expeditions in Nepal, said earlier on Wednesday that 12 British nationals on its tour across the Nepal-Tibet border had not been located. Four of its Nepalese tour guides are missing as well. “I feel so sad. We are just thinking about what to do next.
