Paid content for @Prada. Japan’s relationship with the ocean has long been shaped by balance between people and nature. Today, that relationship is being renewed through Satoumi, a philosophy that marine ecosystems share a reciprocal relationship with coastal communities. Join actor Benedict Cumberbatch and Goodwill Ambassador of SEA BEYOND Elisabetta Zavoli as they meet renowned Japanese ichthyologist, professor and artist Sakana-kun, who is inspiring a new generation of young ocean custodians. Through hands-on exploration and science, these students are learning how coastal ecosystems work, and how they can help restore them. SEA BEYOND, the project by Prada Group conducted in partnership with UNESCO, is providing children with the knowledge and tools they need to understand the ocean and protect it. https://go.natgeo.blink.app/da674d Explore the World with National Geographic subscriptions: https://natgeo.com/ytngmagazine ➡ Subscribe: https://on.natgeo.com/4p5A0D6 ➡ Get more Nat
