The United States says it carried out a precision strike on Iran's Larak Island after detecting Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces preparing to deploy sea mines into the Strait of Hormuz. As tensions escalate, newly released footage from Iran's state broadcaster IRIB purports to show one method reportedly used by the IRGC Navy to deploy naval mines without sending ships into the target area. The footage appears to show a 333mm Fajr-5 rocket carrying a sea mine instead of its conventional high-explosive warhead, effectively transforming it into a remote mine-delivery system capable of placing mines from a distance. #usiran #larakisland #hormuzmines #usa #usiran #irgc #larak #straitofhormuz #navalmines #seamines #fajr5 #irgcnavy #centcom #hormuz #middleeast #iranwar Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
