Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has announced an emergency shutdown of 110 commercial driving schools over what he says are thousands of violations involving federal English-language proficiency requirements. “You have to speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle,” Duffy said, arguing that the requirement has been part of federal law for decades. According to Duffy, the schools being targeted account for around 5,000 violations. #SeanDuffy #DonaldTrump #Trump #TruckDrivers #Trucking #CDL #Immigration #EnglishProficiency #DOT #Transportation #CommercialDrivers #TrumpImmigration #USPolitics #DrivingSchools #America Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
