Florida orders removal of license plate readers, including Flock cameras

The Florida Department of Transportation says it will no longer allow automated license plate readers along the state’s public rights of way amid backlash over privacy concerns. Flock Security argues that their systems are “an important safety tool for law enforcement agencies.” CNN’s Rafael Romo reports.
