PROVO, Utah — Fourth District Judge Tony Graf Jr. ruled Tuesday that 23-year-old Tyler James Robinson must stand trial on charges of aggravated murder in the fatal shooting of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk. The decision, coming nearly one year after the Turning Point USA co-founder was assassinated by a sniper at Utah Valley University, establishes that prosecutors presented sufficient probable cause to advance the capital case. Following the judge's ruling, Robinson entered a plea of not guilty to all seven counts, including aggravated murder, which carries a potential death penalty under Utah law. Prosecutors argue Robinson targeted Kirk due to his political beliefs and knowingly endangered bystanders in the crowd, while defense attorneys unsuccessfully argued the shooting did not meet the standard of a capital offense. #CharlieKirkUpdates #TylerRobinson #truecrimestories #UtahCourt #turningpointusa #courtlive #trialupdates In this Times Now World News report,
