President Donald Trump says he does not expect renewed fighting with Iran to last ‘too long’ as clashes between the two sides escalate. Trump also claims that the United States has control of the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz. ‘We are controlling the Hormuz Strait,’ Trump says, claiming US forces are bringing out boats carrying millions of barrels of oil and have faced limited resistance. He adds that when Iran launches drones, US forces shoot them down, saying: ‘We have control, very strong control.’ --- Donald Trump | US Iran War | Strait of Hormuz | Trump Strait | U.S. Controls Hormuz | Trump Hormuz Claim | Persian Gulf | Gulf Tensions | Iran | Firstpost #donaldtrump #straitofhormuz #trumpstrait #iran #usiran #hormuz #persiangulf #middleeast #firstpost Firstpost is an Indian news and media website.
