Father testifies against man accused of helping kill his teen daughter

Tim Miller, whose daughter Laura was killed in 1986, testified in the trial of James Dolphs Elmore Jr., who Miller says shared details about his daughter's death. Elmore is charged with one count of manslaughter and two counts of felony evidence tampering.
