The U.S. Navy is facing a massive logistics challenge as American warships remain deployed across the Middle East amid the escalating conflict with Iran. Around 20 U.S. warships and 20,000 sailors and Marines reportedly require hundreds of thousands of meals and millions of gallons of fuel every week. But Iranian attacks have damaged or threatened key regional logistics hubs, forcing U.S. supply ships to travel thousands of miles to Diego Garcia or Singapore. With at-sea replenishment becoming increasingly important—and dangerous—the question is how long Washington can sustain such a huge naval deployment. The strain is especially significant for the U.S. aircraft carrier fleet, which has only 11 carriers in total. #usnavy #iran #usiranwar #usmilitary #aircraftcarrier #usnavyships #iranwar #middleeast #pentagon #militarynews #warships #carrierstrikegroup Times Of India (TOI) Is The Largest Selling English Daily In The World.
