A morning run turns into a nightmare when a hacked phone becomes a stranger's weapon. Maia, a lawyer with the biggest case of her career, gets a call from her son's number, and the voice on the other end isn't his. Her diabetic boy is missing, a countdown is running, and the caller's demand is simple: run five miles across the city and put a bullet in the one witness who can send a crime boss to prison. No police. No help. One hour before the drip in her son's arm kills him. What follows is a desperate sprint through subways, bridges and crowds, where every phone she steals brings her closer to the truth and every second brings her son closer to the edge. Watch till the end, because the last minutes flip everything you thought you understood. #filmrecap #movierecaps #movierecap The Runner, The Runner movie, The Runner 2026, The Runner movie recap, The Runner recap, The Runner explained, The Runner movie explained, The Runner ending explained, The Runner full movie, The Runner revi
