Real Betis stunned Real Madrid 1-0 in LaLiga, ending Madrid’s perfect start to the season in dramatic fashion. Troy Parrott scored the decisive goal in the 81st minute after coming off the bench, while Real Betis goalkeeper Alvaro Valles produced a huge stoppage-time save to deny Kylian Mbappe’s penalty and preserve the home side’s victory. Mbappe was left visibly disappointed after his spot kick was saved, while Real Madrid also saw a spectacular bicycle-kick equaliser from Carlos Espi ruled out for offside following a VAR review. After the match, Jose Mourinho praised his team’s performance despite the defeat, saying he could not explain why Real Madrid lost and insisting that his players gave everything on the pitch. Watch still photos from the dramatic match, Mbappe’s penalty miss, Valles’ decisive save and Mourinho’s post-match reaction. #RealMadrid #RealBetis #KylianMbappe #JoseMourinho #LaLiga #Mbappe #Football #TroyParrott #AlvaroValles #RealMadridNews USN : RW04630409202
