Belgian Prime Minister Bart De Wever delivered pointed criticism of U.S. trade policy during his India visit, warning against dependence on countries that can abruptly change course. He cited tariffs that can be announced, revoked and reimposed within days, saying such uncertainty makes him “dizzy.” De Wever called for stronger partnerships based on trust, mutual benefit and a level playing field. He also backed deeper India-Europe cooperation in defense, research, development and potential co-production. Calling multilateralism essential to a peaceful world, he argued that India and Europe should become a “polestar” for preserving international cooperation and stability. #Belgium #BartDeWever #India #Delhi #US #Trump #Tariffs #Trade #IndiaEurope #Europe #Multilateralism #Defense #Geopolitics #InternationalRelations #WorldNews #oneindianews #oneindiaenglish #breakingnews #worldnews #englishnewslive #englishnews #latestnews #news ------------------------------------------------
